WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's tennis team will close out its 2017 fall schedule by competing in the Wake Forest Invitational.

Action at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex is scheduled to take place Friday, Nov. 3-Sunday, Nov. 5.

BULLDOG BITES

Familiar Setting
The Wake Forest Tennis Complex will be a familiar setting for the Bulldogs, who last appeared there in the spring of 2017 as Wake Forest hosted the 2017 Big South Tennis Championships.

Action Out West
Wake Forest is not the only place that the Bulldogs will be playing tennis this week as Henry Patten is also representing UNC Asheville at the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships. UNC Asheville's Patten advanced to the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships by taking the ITA Carolina Region title on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The ITA Carolina Regional championship was the second title of the fall for Patten.

Strong Fall So Far
It has been a really strong fall for UNC Asheville men's tennis. In addition to Patten's two titles, the Bulldogs have also put together strong performances at the USC Upstate Invitational, the Elon Fall Invitational, Davidson Invite and the Spartan Fall Invitational.
