Bulldogs Host Campbell for Senior Day Saturday Afternoon

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville women's volleyball team will host the Camels of Campbell University inside the Justice Center on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
The Bulldogs will also be honoring the program's graduating players, Shelby Erickson, Madison Vaughn and Fiona Cunningham with a short program beginning at 1:50 p.m.
NOTABLES
Last Time Out: The Bulldogs' last match was on the road in Lynchburg, Va. in the Vines Center against the Flames of Liberty University. The Flames swept the Bulldogs 3-0 on their home court for their ninth conference victory.
Big South Standings: Following Saturday's match, the Bulldogs have two regular season matches remaining, with the first in Clinton, S.C. against Presbyterian College. Asheville currently sits in sixth place, two wins back from Charleston Southern in fifth place.
On Campbell: The Camels are currently enjoying a two-match win-streak that lifted them to fourth place overall in the Big South standings. Before traveling to Asheville, the Camels will face No. 1 Radford in Virginia on Friday night at 7:00 p.m.
Tournament Talk: The 2016 Big South Conference Volleyball Championship Tournament will be hosted by Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. this year on November 18-20. If the Bulldogs maintain their sixth place position and the standings remain the same, they would face No. 3 Liberty University in the Quarterfinals on the Flames home court.

"We will miss Shelby a lot. She worked hard to be a better player every day in the gym, and is always a big help to her team mates. We wish her the very best on senior day and the rest of the season but more importantly on her future ahead. Maddie Vaughn will also be missed a lot.
