QUOTABLES FROM HEAD COACH BRENDA MOCK KIRKPATRICK
On the Game- Â "We played solid basketball for twenty-eight minutes tonight. Gritty and tough. I commend Virginia Tech for attacking us in the second half in transition. We were a bit focused on our shots not falling and weren't as tough to score on defensively. We gave up too many points at the free throw line. This is a starting point and I thank Virginia Tech for exposing some things we need to work on and clean up before UNC Greensboro and as the season progresses. And we will."
UP NEXT
-Following today's game, the Bulldogs will continue their road trip when they travel to Greensboro, NC to face off with the UNC Greensboro Spartans on Monday, November 14 at 5:30 p.m.
