ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville women's volleyball team picked up their second Big South Conference victory over the Winthrop University Eagles inside the Justice Center Friday night.
The Bulldogs picked up the first set 25-22, before falling to the Eagles' second set momentum 25-16. Asheville wrapped up their league victory with wins in sets three and four, 25-20, 25-21 respectively.

-Asheville's offense was led by seniors Madison Vaughn and Shelby Erickson, with 11 kills each.
-The Bulldog defense was anchored by libero Madisen Zyburt with 14 digs. She leads the Asheville defense through 18 matches this season with 215 (4.1 per set).
