QUOTABLES
“Good first win of the season. I thought out possession was better as the game went on. In the first half we were impatient in the attack, and we talked about some things at halftime that seemed to open up more opportunities in the second half. I was happy that we used a lot of players. Most of the second half we had seven freshmen, one junior and three sophomores on the field. Our depth was a great resource tonight and I think that will be the case moving forward in the season. It was great to see us scoring goals in the run of play as well; that was something that we wanted to build on from last season. All around it was a great effort tonight.” - Head Coach Michelle Demko
