- Freshman goalkeeper Lily Brown notched a game-high five saves.
- Asheville's Big South Conference leading offense was held in check as the Bulldogs were shut out for only the fourth time all season. The Bulldogs have blanked their opponents a total of six times this year.

QUOTABLES
“I thought we fought hard tonight. We are right there on the cusp with teams, which is an exciting place to be. Our tempo was good tonight, we had one span toward the end of the first half where we got back on our heels. The second half was a more complete game for us which allowed us to generate more attacking transition moments. I thought our positioning could have been better when we won the ball back. The want and the will to succeed is high with this group. We are going to stay the course and get ready to play Gardner-Webb Tuesday on the road.” – head coach Michelle Demko
UP NEXT
-The Bulldogs close out the regular season Oct. 27 on the road at Gardner-Webb.
