-Freshmen to keep an eye on: Morgan Rulevich in sprint free and breaststroke…Jessica Woolfe in the short free and backstroke events…Alex Moon is very versatile and will compete in the butterfly and individual medley events on Friday and Saturday.

-Sophomores & Juniors to keep an eye on: Ale Sanchez in middle distance free and butterfly…Alexandra van Dorsten will race the 100 fly, 200 free & 100 free.

QUOTABLES

“This weekend is an opportunity to gauge the progress our program has made. Starting year four (as a program), we have never had this much depth within the team and I believe the internal competitiveness will benefit us greatly. The ladies have worked diligently these first seven weeks and I'm excited for them to see some rewards. We are constantly building towards February, but I always look forward to opening weekend at the All-North Carolina Invite because it means the season has finally arrived.” - Head Coach Elizabeth Lykins
