Precipitation Moves Women's Soccer up to Friday Night

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Due to heavy rains in the Asheville area and a forecast calling for more rain in the coming days, the UNC Asheville women's soccer match against Liberty has been moved up to Friday night.

 

In addition to moving the contest up to Friday night with a 7:15 p.m. start, the contest will now be played at Mars Hill University on the school's turfed field.

 

Asheville enters conference play with a 8-3-0 record to date and is 2-1 in Big South Conference play, while Liberty is 5-5-1 overall and 3-0 in BSC play coming into the weekend.
