Women's Soccer Recruit Named 1st Team All-State

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville women's soccer signee Shenny Lenhart from nearby Reynolds HS was named as a first team 4-A All-State performer for the 2012 season by the North Carolina Soccer Coaches Association on Monday.

Lenhart enjoyed a sensational career for the Rockets program and was a dominant player her senior season. She led all of Western North Carolina in scoring this past season with 41 goals and 12 assists. Lenhart was the Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Year this past season as she helped Reynolds to a berth in the state playoffs.  The Rockets reached the third round of the playoffs and finished with an 18-5-3 record.
