The Bulldogs (7-21, 3-14 BSC) were led by freshman guard Tacey Trammell's 13 points. Shonese Jones finished with 12 points, while Lindsey Thompson pumped in 11 points. Kelli Riles just missed a double-double with nine points and 16 rebounds.
Asheville started out strong and went on a 12-3 run to race to a 22-13 lead. The Buldogs got points from five different players during the early run.
The Lady Camels (17-11, 10-7 BSC) trailed by nine points, 24-15, midway through the first half before the visitors ended the half on a 20-3 run to take a 35-27 halftime lead. Baker single-handily led the comeback by scoring 22 points in the opening half, including 13 in the decisive run.
Asheville hurt itself with 11 first-half turnovers that led to 11 Lady Camel points.
In the second half, Campbell steadily built on its lead as it shot .552 (16-of-29) from the field. The Bulldogs went ice cold in the second half as they shot just .355 (11-of-31) from the field.
Jones and Trammel combined for 13 points in the second half.
Kate Cloxton of Campbell had a game-high eight assists, seven in the second half.
Both teams finish the regular season on Monday night. Campbell journeys to Gardner-Web at 7 p.m. The Bulldogs will celebrate Senior Night at Kimmel Arena when they host High Point at 7 p.m.
