Women's Tennis Downs Augusta State, 5-2

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville women's tennis team won the doubles point and then picked up four wins in singles as the Bulldogs dominated Augusta State University 5-2 in women's tennis action at the ARC Wednesday afternoon.
Asheville won all three doubles matches to pick up a 1-0 lead. In singles action, the Bulldogs got victories from Christine Boissevain, Jenna Dodge, Emily McNall and Amryn Soldier to improve their record to 3-3.
Asheville is home twice this weekend as the Bulldogs entertain Charlotte Saturday and Brevard on Sunday. Both matches start at 3 p.m.
