LYNCHBURG, VA. - The UNC Asheville women's tennis team won four singles matches and captured the doubles point as the Bulldogs earned their third straight Big South Conference win with a 5-2 victory at Liberty Saturday afternoon.

Asheville (10-5, 3-2 Big South) won for eighth time in its last nine matches. The Bulldogs shook off losses in singles at the top two flights. Devon Cavanaough, Brittney Cloer and Nicki Schon all won in straight sets. Louise Bottomley won at #6 by default. In doubles action, the #1 team of Leslie Smith and Stephanie Schon posted an 8-4 win.
