Michael Wall's bunt single placed runners on the corners. Grier Harrington (1-2) struck out the next two batters before walking Brent O'Berry to load the bases.  Overholtzer who went 3-for-5 in the game, hit the first pitch he saw from Harrington back up the middle to score Temple and Wall for the Spartans second lead of the game.
