ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team was swept 7-0 by UNC Greensboro at the Asheville Racquet Club on Sunday evening.
The Bulldogs (1-6) managed to win one doubles match as the pairing of Alexander Greer and Nathan White defeated UNC Greensboro's Andrey Bubnov and Yaroslav Litus, 8-6. However, the Spartans (3-1) won the other two doubles matches to earn the doubles point.
This weekend, the Bulldogs will travel to Tennessee for a pair of matches. On Saturday, UNC Asheville will take on UT-Martin in Crossville, Tenn. at 2 p.m. The Bulldogs will head to Nashville on Sunday for 12 p.m. match against Belmont.
