UNC Asheville to Play Asheville Tourists & Tennessee at McCormick Field - UNC Asheville Bulldogs Official Athletics Site

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville baseball team will play two games at McCormick Field over the next two weeks and are teaming up with the Asheville Tourists for a special ticket value. Fans can buy a ticket for $8 and that will get them into three baseball games to be played at McCormick Field.
The three games include the Bulldogs annual exhibition game with the Asheville Tourists on Tuesday, April 5 starting at 7 p.m. On Wednesday April 13, the teams will play a doubleheader at McCormick Field. The Tourists host Hickory and that game will start at 4 p.m. UNCA will then entertain SEC power Tennessee with that game scheduled to start at approximately 7 p.m.

"We're very excited about playing these games at McCormick Field," commented UNCA head coach Willie Stewart. "We appreciate the Tourists playing an exhibition game against us. This will be a great experience for our guys to play a pro team. We're also very grateful for them to work with us on getting our game with Tennessee at McCormick Field. The Tourists are a first-class organization that has always been great to our program."
