Jordan Cheeks joined the UNC Asheville Sports Medicine staff in June 2026.Â
Jordan has been a practicing athletic trainer since graduating from East Carolina University in 2017. Driven by a deep commitment to athletic excellence and safety, she went on to earn her a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Western Carolina University. Prior to joining Mission Sports Medicine, she spent four years as an athletic trainer at Erwin Middle and Erwin High School, before moving on to become the Director of Sports Medicine for the North region of PT Solutions. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, she now resides in Mars Hill. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Cody, her son Cutler, and their two dogs, Murphy and Brewer.
