Overview: Earned her 1,000th career dig as a junior and enters senior season with 1191 career digs…one of five seniors on this year’s club…has been one of the top liberos in the Big South during her career…played with current teammate Meredith Foster at prep power West Henderson for Hall of Fame Coach Jan Stanley.
2012: Second on team in digs with 2.46 per set average…had 12 matches of 10 digs or more…season-high of 22 digs came in five-set win over Western Carolina (9-4)…came back in next match at UNC Greensboro with 21 digs in another five-set victory…posted 17 digs at UNC Upstate (9-11)…had 16 digs against Kennesaw State (9-15)…registered 14 digs vs. Presbyterian College (11-2…had at last 10 digs in 12 different matches…had only two kills on the year but one was a key one in fifth set victory over Western Carolina (9-4)
2011: Third in the Big South and led team in digs with 413 (4.35 per set)...fifth on team in service aces with 14...missed three matches in middle of season with injury...was in double figures in digs in 22 of 26 matches played...had season-high 32 digs during victory at Chattanooga (9-10)...posted six matches with at least 20 digs...registered 26 digs at Western Carolina (9-13)...accumulated 25 digs in opening night victory over Troy (8-26)...had career-best three service aces at Presbyterian College (11-5)...posted at least 13 digs in 14 of the last 15 matches of the season...named Big South Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 12.
2010: Led Bulldogs in digs with 4.33 average...was in double figures in digs in 28 matches...posted a career-high 40 digs during home victory vs. Radford (10-30)...had 26 digs in three different matches...was named Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 1...had at least 20 digs in eight different contests...selected to Big South All-Freshman team.
Before UNC Asheville: Four-year starter for legendary coach Jan Stanley at West Henderson...earned all-conference honors as a freshman, junior and senior...Falcon program went 106-4 during her career...named to All-Region team as a junior and senior...helped lead school to state title as a junior and runner-up in freshman and senior seasons.
