Pryor was a member of the Paladin program for four years. She was a three-year letter-winner for Sam Dixon, missing one year and part of another due to knee injuries. In her senior year, Pryor started nine times and was the program's second leading scorer with an 8.9 average. She was third on the team in three-pointers made with 24 and scored 16 points against UNC Asheville in a 66-62 Furman loss to the Bulldogs at Justice Center
Pryor graduated in 2006 with honors, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She earned a Master's Degree from the University of Georgia in Psychology in 2009 and is currently working on completing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
Pryor enjoyed a spectacular high school career at nearby East Henderson HS in Flat Rock. She helped lead the Lady Eagles to the 3-A State championship as a sophomore Pryor was a three-time all-conference performer for East Henderson and was the team MVP as a junior and senior. She averaged 14.7 points, five assists, five rebounds and four steals per game her senior season. Pryor also lettered in tennis for four years, golf for two seasons and one year in soccer. She was an all-conference selection in tennis twice.
