Tadiyos Sloan-Westmoreland's Top Performances
2025 Season (Sophomore)
Prior to UNC Asheville: As a multi-sport athlete for Charles D. Owen High School, Sloan-Westmoreland was a part of the 2022 2A State Champions in cross country and 2023 4x400m 2A outdoor state champions. The Swannanoa, NC native was also an All-State for the indoor 1000m and outdoor 1600m for the 2023 season.
2025 Season (Sophomore)
- In his first season at Asheville, Tadiyos ran in five indoor meets and five outdoor meets
- During indoor season, Sloan-Westmoreland PRed in the 5000m at the Gamecock Challenge with a time of 15:45.12 and in the 1000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational with a time of 2:37.10
- His 1000m time put him at No. 5 in program records
- At the Big South Indoor Championships, he competed in the mile and finished 11th in 4:27.75 and nearly was podiumed in the DMR as the group ran it in 10:26.11 for a fourth place finish
- During outdoor season, he primarily ran the 800, 1500 and 5000, competing in just the 800 and 1500 at the Big South Outdoor Championships
- Ran PRs in the 800 and 1500 at the outdoor championships with times of 1:57.51 and 4:00.75
