2016-17: Ranked fourth and fifth on the 4 x 400m relay in Asheville’s all-time record book … Posted a 3:56.04 at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting, which is the fourth-fastest time in program history in the 4 x 400m … Competed in seven indoor and six outdoor events during her rookie season … Raced in one cross country meet, the Western Carolina University Cross Country Invitational, where she posted a 12:32.2 time in the 2k.
Before UNC Asheville: Attended E.C. Glass High School where Decarmo participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and soccer … Ran a 19:03 5K which was a personal record during her senior season.
