2011-12: Third year athlete who competed in the indoor and outdoor seasons...moved to the 400m and 800m races and found success.
2010-11: Second year athlete who has made tremendous improvements...has ran a personal best of 29:15 during the cross country season.
2009-10: Ran best times of 31:35 for the 8k at the Big South Conference Meet...ran 2:07.01 during the indoor season...ran 2:03.70 during the outdoor season.
Before UNC Asheville: Attended Ragsdale High School...was an All Conference performer in cross country...best marks of 1:09 (500 meters), 2:06 (800 meters) and 5:00 (1600 meters). Majoring in Health & Wellness Promotions. Favorite musical group is Aerosmith.
