Overview: Sophomore who should make an impact for the Bulldogs in 2014...had some nagging injuries as a freshman but is healthy and ready to go.

 

2015: In her junior year Castle beat her time from last season in the 5K by running a time of 19:54.7 she then went on to beat that at the Big South Conference Championships with a time of 19:44.8. She also beat her time in the 2K by two seconds with a time of 12:55.0 at the Western Carolina Invitational. She also competed in the 6K at the Di Pre-Nationals posting a time of 23:45.0. 

 

2014: Rough beginning of the season due to injuries, but as a sophomore made a come back to run in the Big South Championships (11-1)…with a time of 20:38.15 (5k)

 

2013: Competed in three meets as a freshman...top time came at UNC Asheville Cross Country Carnival (9-14) with a time of 19:26.

 


Before UNC Asheville: Came from Ohio where she attended St. Clairsville HS in Barnesville, Ohio where she enjoyed an excellent cross country and track career...top time in the 800 was 2:22.64, 5:08 in the 1600, 11:17.12 in the 3200, and in 18:45.80 in the 5K.
