Kyle Kadlub has been on the Asheville baseball coaching staff since the 2023 season after serving as the Florida Southern assistant pitching coach in August of 2022. Kadlub will be an integral part of the Bulldogs season including working with pitchers, outfielders, and hitters, organizing team travel, and directing all youth and prospect camps. 

Kadlub was an assistant head coach at Porter Ridge High School and Independence High School in the Charlotte, N.C. area, primarily working as the pitching coach for the two schools, and the distance learning facilitator at Porter Ridge High School from 2018 to 2022. Kadlub oversaw Porter Ridge pitching for their regular season championship in 2021.

While coaching the two high schools, Kadlub also worked as a pitching instructor at the On Deck Academy from 2021-2022.

Kadlub holds an extensive collegiate athletic career that includes time with Danville Community College and North Greenville University where he was a left-handed pitcher. As a player, Kadlub was a two-year letter winner for Danville while winning the 2015 Rawlings/ABCA Gold Glove Award. At North Greenville, also was a two-year letter winner, and led the team with 23 appearances in 2017 while winning the Stopper Award for the most valuable relief pitcher.

The Jacksonville, F.L. native graduated from North Greenville University in May 2018 with a Bachelor's in Sports Management.
