Lili Adams Named Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Week

FULL BIG SOUTH CONFERENCE RELEASE
 
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Senior forward Lili Adams of UNC Asheville Women's Soccer has been named the Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league today (Monday, Sept. 21).  
 
Adams helped Asheville open conference play with a win for the first time since 2015 with a 3-1 victory over Presbyterian Saturday night (Sept. 19) at Greenwood Field. Adams recorded her second brace of the season in the win, including scoring the game-tying goal in the match.
 
This is Adams's first career Big South Conference weekly honor. The Frisco, Texas native is a health science major.
 
The Bulldogs (4-3-3, 1-0-0 Big South Conference) return to action on Saturday (Sept. 26) hosting High Point for the annual Blue Out match. Kickoff is set for 2:00 p.m. from Greenwood Field, with video and live stats available at www.uncabulldogs.com.
