UNC Asheville Athletics Partners with vivenu to Launch New Ticketing Experience

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville Athletics is excited to announce its partnership with vivenu and the launch of its new online ticketing platform, providing Bulldog fans with an easier and more convenient way to purchase, manage and access tickets beginning with the 2026-27 athletics season.
The new platform features a streamlined purchasing experience, mobile ticket management, digital ticket transfers and the ability to store tickets directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick and convenient entry on game day. Season ticket holders will also enjoy the convenience of using a single QR code for every home game throughout the season, eliminating the need to download a new ticket for each event.
"Our goal is to provide Bulldog fans with the best possible experience from the time they purchase their tickets until they arrive at Kimmel Arena," said Leigh Barton, Associate Athletic Director for External Operations. "This new platform gives our fans a more modern, user-friendly experience while allowing us to continue improving how we connect with and serve Bulldog Nation."
To help fans transition to the new system, UNC Asheville has created a step-by-step online guide detailing how to create an account, access mobile tickets, transfer tickets and utilize digital wallet features. Communication will be sent out leading up to the start of the season for further instruction on how to use the vivenu platform.
