LONG BEACH, Calif. - UNC Asheville Women's Soccer goalkeeper London Phoenix has been named on Top Drawer Soccer's Midseason Top 100 Freshmen List, recently announced by the organization. Phoenix was named at No. 62 on the list.

Phoenix has played and started in 14 matches this season, totaling 1,235 minutes to date. Her .948 Goals Against Average leads the Big South Conference, while her .817 save percentage leads the league and she is also fourth in the league with 58 saves.

Phoenix has earned three Big South Conference Freshman of the Week honors this season, and this is her first career honor from Top Drawer Soccer. The Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Native is a health sciences major.

The Bulldogs (7-4-4, 4-1-1 Big South Conference) return to action on Wednesday (Oct. 28) to host Winthrop in Big South Conference action. Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m. from Greenwood Field, with video and live stats available at www.uncabulldogs.com.
