Women's Basketball Announces 2025-26 Schedule

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Basketball has announced its 2025-26 schedule today (Tuesday, Sept. 9) for the program's second season under Tynesha Lewis.

The season opens at home on Nov. 3 against Mercer, before the Bulldogs host Warren Wilson on Nov. 6. The first two road games come at North Carolina Central (Nov. 13) and Western Carolina (Nov. 19), before Asheville returns home to host Appalachian State on Nov. 22 and Wofford on Nov. 25. After a trip to Furman on Nov. 29, The Bulldogs return home to host South Carolina State in the annual Education Day game on Dec. 3, before hosting North Florida on Dec. 6. The Bulldogs then travel to East Tennessee State on Dec. 11 and East Carolina on Dec. 14, before hosting Simmons College on Dec. 17 and Brevard on Dec. 29 to round out non-conference play.

Big South Conference play begins on New Year's Eve at High Point, before the Bulldogs return to Kimmel Arena to host Winthrop on Jan. 3. After a trip to Gardner-Webb on Jan. 7, the Bulldogs return home to host Longwood on Jan. 10 and Charleston Southern on Jan. 14. Asheville travels to take on Presbyterian on Jan. 17, before welcoming USC Upstate on Jan. 21 for the latest installment of the Ingles I-26 Rivalry. Asheville then travels to Radford on Jan. 24, before returning home to face Gardner-Webb on Jan. 31. The Bulldogs hit the road for Charleston Southern on Feb. 4 and Longwood on Feb. 7, before returning home to host Radford on Feb. 11. After traveling to USC Upstate on Feb. 14, the Bulldogs return home to host High Point on Feb. 18 and Presbyterian on Feb. 21. The regular season concludes Feb. 25 at Winthrop.Â
