Bulldogs Grind Out Conference Win over Presbyterian on Senior Day

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Men's Tennis was able to grind out a 4-3 Big South Conference win on Senior Day on Thursday (Apr. 3).
Asheville captured the doubles point with two wins in doubles play, before winning three singles matches to clinch the victory on Senior Day.
Olle Sonesson Lidholt and Tarek Erlewein teamed up on their Senior Day for a 6-2 win over Pedro Cardoso and Daksh Prasad at No. 2, before Sai Gandepalli and Griffin Lovern clinched the doubles point with a 6-2 win at No. 3 over Denim Yadav and Eduardo Valentin.
Lidholt began singles play with a 6-4, 6-2 win over Prasad at No. 3, before Erlewein beat Cardoso 6-1, 6-3 at No. 2. Cian Ingles clinched the win with a 6-4, 6-3 victory over Valentine at No. 5, before Presbyterian closed the match with three consecutive wins to bring the match to its final score.
