Inclement Weather Alters Baseball Opening Weekend

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Inclement weather in the forecast has altered the opening weekend schedule for UNC Asheville Baseball for the series against Fairleigh Dickinson.

Originally scheduled for one game each day Friday to Sunday, the teams will now play a doubleheader on Friday (Feb. 14) at Greenwood Field with first pitch of game one set for 11:00 a.m. A decision will be made on the final game of the series scheduled for Saturday (Feb. 15) following Friday's doubleheader.

The second game of the doubleheader on Friday will be streamed on ESPN+, while live stats will be available for all three games in the series.
