UNC Asheville Athletics Announces Ticket Promotions for Remainder of December Basketball Games Inside Kimmel Arena

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville Athletics Department announced on Thursday (Dec. 4) several ticketing promotions for the remainder of the basketball teams' December home games.
BULLDOGS TAKE PART IN EBLEN TOY DRIVE
The UNC Asheville Athletic Department will once again be supporting Eblen Charities by taking part in the organization's annual toy drive. On Dec. 6, when the Asheville women's basketball team plays North Florida, if a fan brings a toy to the game, they will receive free entry. One toy equates to one free ticket.
On Dec. 10, when the men's team plays Miami (Ohio), if a fan brings a toy, they will receive free entry. One toy equates to one ticket.
KIDS FREE ENTRY FOR ALL NON-CONFERENCE REMAINING CONTESTS
For the remainder of the December non-conference games, all kids (K-12 and younger) can receive free entry. Free youth tickets can be claimed the day of the game at the box office windows. See below for the remaining non-conference games:
- Women's Basketball: Saturday, Dec. 6 vs North Florida | 2 PM
- Men's Basketball: Wednesday, Dec. 10 vs Miami (Ohio) | 6 PM
- Men's Basketball: Saturday, Dec. 13 vs St. Thomas | 2 PM
- Men's Basketball: Tuesday, Dec. 16 vs Kentucky Christian | 6:30 PM
- Women's Basketball: Wednesday, Dec. 17 vs Simmons | 6:30 PM
- Men's Basketball: Thursday, Dec. 18 vs Morris | 6:30 PM
- Women's Basketball: Monday, Dec. 29 vs. Brevard | 6 PM
The men's basketball team opens Big South Conference play on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31) against High Point. Kids (K-12 and younger) can receive free entry into this game ONLY if they attended a previous non-conference game in December. The non-conference games will have a coupon provided when a youth ticket is claimed to get a free ticket for the Dec. 31 conference opener. Free tickets will not be distributed at the box office on Dec. 31 without the coupon.
