Women's Swimming and Diving Takes on Davidson and VMI on Saturday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Swimming and Diving takes on Davidson and VMI on Saturday (Oct. 26) in non-conference action.

About UNC Asheville - UNC Asheville is set to open its season in a tri-meet with both swimming and diving. Asheville returns its entire diving squad from a season ago. Jade Canady and Morgan Coughlen who each received Atlantic Sun Conference Diver of the Week honors last season, along with the addition of freshman Vivian Fougeron. Asheville returns 19 swimmers and also adds five freshman.

About Davidson - Davidson enters the matchup at 0-2 in dual meets on the season, finishing fourth at the Richmond Duals and falling to George Mason 164-135.

About VMI - This will be VMI's first competition of the season.
