Big South Conference Announces 2024-25 Women's Basketball League Schedule

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Big South Conference has announced the 2024-25 league schedule for women's basketball today (Wednesday, Oct. 2) for UNC Asheville's first season under head coach Tynesha Lewis.
 
Asheville's league slate opens on Jan. 4 at High Point before the Bulldogs host Longwood on Jan. 8 and Presbyterian on Jan. 11. The first installation of the Ingles I-26 Rivalry is set for Jan. 15 at USC Upstate, before the Bulldogs travel to Winthrop on Jan. 18. After returning home to face Gardner-Webb on Jan. 22, the Bulldogs embark on a three-game road swing to Charleston Southern (Jan. 25), Radford (Jan. 29) and Gardner-Webb (Feb. 5). Asheville returns home to face High Point on Feb. 8, before hosting USC Upstate in the home half of the Ingles I-26 Rivalry on Feb. 12. The Bulldogs host Charleston Southern on Feb. 15 at home, before hosting Radford on Feb. 19. After games at Longwood on Feb. 22 and Presbyterian on Feb. 26, Asheville concludes the league slate with Winthrop at home on Mar. 1. The Big South Conference tournament will be held Mar. 5-9 at Freedom Hall in Johnson City, Tenn.
