No. 8 Seed Women’s Basketball Begins Play at Hercules Tires Big South Championships Wednesday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Big South Conference announced the seedings and pairings for the upcoming Hercules Tires Big South Women's Basketball Championship on Saturday evening. Asheville, who completed the regular season with an overall record of 11-18 that included a 7-11 mark in Big South play, earned the No. 8 seed.
Asheville's first game will be on Wednesday against ninth-seeded Winthrop. Tip-off for that game is scheduled for Noon on ESPN+. The rest of the matchups are listed below.

The 2023 Hercules Tires Big South Women's Basketball Championship will be televised on ESPN+ Wednesday-through-Saturday, while Sunday's Championship game will air live on ESPNU for the second consecutive year.
