Kylie Cackovic named Big South Freshman of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Big South Conference announced Monday (Oct. 30) that UNC Asheville volleyball player Kylie Cackovic has been named the Big South Freshman of the Week.
Cackovic helped Asheville to its first Big South win of the season with nine kills, a .467 hitting percentage, three digs, two blocks and 11.5 points the Bulldogs 3-1 win at Presbyterian on Saturday.
On the season, Cackovic is averaging 1.86 kills a set with 149 kills.
Cackovic and the Bulldogs return to the court on Friday, Nov. 3, as they host Winthrop at 6 p.m. in the Justice Center.
