Men's Soccer Falls to High Point in Big South Conference Tilt Saturday Night

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Men's Soccer fell to High Point in a Big South Conference tilt Saturday night (Oct. 21) at Greenwood Field by a score of 4-0.
High Point scored their first of the night in the 16th minute, when Beau Yantz scored his second of the season off assists by Tony Pineda and Brendan Krueger. The Panthers would increase their lead five minutes later when Seth Antwi put home his second of the season off an assist from Jefferson Amaya. The Panthers would take their 2-0 lead to the half.
High Point would get its third goal of the night on an Olympico from Amaya in the 70th minute for his fourth of the season, before bringing the match to its final score in the 80th minute when Krueger scored his second of the season off an assist from Davis Biggerstaff.
Asheville registered five shots in the match, with two on goal. The Bulldogs also registered three corner kicks in the match. Sam Pitts-Eckersall registered two shots in the match for Asheville, while Brendan Herb, Conor Behan and Aidan Whitlock each had one.
