Peay named to United Soccer Coaches Men’s Scholar All-Region Team

ASHEVILLE N.C. – United Soccer Coaches announced its 2021 Division I Men's Scholar All-Region team, with Miles Peay earning the honor.
A junior, Peay was the model of consistency for the Bulldogs this season, starting all nine games while leading Asheville with seven assists. Adding a goal against national-ranked High Point, the Raleigh, North Carolina, native dished out at least one assist in six games, totaling two in a playoff-sealing victory over Gardner-Webb. Peay's average of 0.78 assists per game finished the season ranked third in Division I in that category, with his total assists ranking ninth overall.
An economics and interdisciplinary studies major, Peay works with "Daddy Taught me That," along with participating in the Umoja and Prospanica organizations on Asheville's Campus.
