UNC Asheville’s ‘Leaders for Leaders’ Program to be Powered by Elk Mountain Wealth Partners

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Elk Mountain Wealth Partners comes on board as the exclusive corporate partner for UNC Asheville's highly successful "Leaders for Leaders" program. The "Leaders for Leaders powered by Elk Mountain Wealth Partners" program at UNC Asheville is one of the most crucial components of the athletics department.
UNC Asheville's "Leaders for Leaders" program is unique in that it pairs a UNC Asheville student-athlete with a community member in a mentoring relationship. Since the program's inception four years ago, the mentorship program has provided countless benefits to the student-athletes, mentors and surrounding community including multiple job placements, successful grants for community programs, industry connections and meaningful relationships.
Every year the program continues to grow, and this year the program has record numbers once again.
"Elk Mountain Wealth Partners understands the importance of a quality mentorship program for our student-athletes," UNC Asheville Director of Athletics Janet R. Cone said. "Aligning their brand and business with our 'Leaders for Leaders' program, supports our mission of ensuring our student-athletes are not just champions on the field, but are leaders in life. The Elk Mountain Wealth Partners are leaders within our community and we are so excited to have them integrated into this blue ribbon program."
After working in the financial advising field for other organizations Ben Lewis, Managing Director, and Christopher Amys, Managing Director, founded Elk Mountain Wealth Partners, affiliated with Raymond James, to provide customized solutions for your personal or organization's financial objectives.
