Madison Rogan continued the winning streak for Asheville, as the junior won the 200 individual medley. She swam a 2:07.96 en route to nine Bulldog points.
After a 3m diving event that no Bulldogs competed in, UNC Asheville posted yet another first-place finish. This time Madison Rogan won her second event of the dual meet – the 100 butterfly. She posted a 57.31, which was over a second faster than Georgia Southern's fastest swimmer. Catherine Allen earned third-place points, as the junior clocked a 58.68.
To conclude the sixth straight swimming victory for UNC Asheville, Rulevich claimed top honors in the 100 freestyle. She downed the competition with a 51.69, as the next fastest swimmer was nearly a second behind the senior.
Following the 100 backstroke, Asheville won another distance event, as Skylar Rogan claimed her second first place of the meet. The junior clocked a 5:05.94 time, which was over nine seconds faster than the second-place finisher.
Georgia Southern sent out four divers to compete in the final diving event, which gave the Eagles 16 team points.

To conclude the dual meet, Georgia Southern won the 400 freestyle relay. The Bulldogs posted a strong result and place second in the event.
Despite winning eight of the 13 total events, Asheville slipped in the dual meet, 134-103. The Eagles earned 32 points off diving and 102 points off swimming events. Since Asheville didn't have divers, the Bulldogs didn't earn any points in the 1m or 3m diving events.
Quotable
"Winning eight out of nine individual events was a huge success for us today. Our staff is so proud of the fight these ladies put up today against a talented conference foe," said UNC Asheville swimming & diving head coach Elizabeth Lykins. "We had several outstanding performances by some team members that will likely move us up in the conference ranks, especially the results from Madison Rogan in the 100 fly, Morgan Rulevich in the 50 freestyle, Adee Weller in the 200 freestyle and Skylar Rogan in the 500 freestyle.
"Tomorrow's 16-event format at North Florida will be a different challenge with the mile and 400 IM being raced. However this squad will be ready to compete."
