Bulldogs Put Together Great Final Day at Wake Forest Invitational

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – UNC Asheville closed out its fall campaign with a great final day at the Wake Forest Invitational.
In the C1 singles section, UNC Asheville's Reese Daly bested Charlotte's Noah Milliken 6-4, 6-3 to finish in seventh place. UNC Asheville's James Massie fell 7-5, 6-4 to Wake Forest's Pat Hannity in the third place match in C1 singles.
In C2 singles, UNC Asheville's Edward Colclough fell 6-4, 6-3 to Charlotte's Sam Rice in the Consolation Finals. UNC Asheville's Olly Cull fell 7-6 (5), 6-3 to Radford's Michael Meekers in the 11th place match.
UNC Asheville's Finlay Ray McFadyen was the champion in the C3 Consolation Finals. Andrew Sinai claimed third place in the section with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Radford's Matko Varga.
In A3 doubles, UNC Asheville's Cull and Massie picked up third place honors.
The Bulldog tandem of Colclough and Daly garnered third place honors in B1 doubles with a 7-6 (6) win over Mercer's Tsurandis and Guardia.
