Coach Hand Adds Two to 2016-17 Men's Tennis Roster

ASHEVILLE, N.C.- The UNC Asheville Head Men's Tennis Coach, Tom Hand announced the addition of Edward Colclough and Andrew Sinai to the 2016-17 men's tennis roster.

Hometown: Midlands, England
Colclough comes to UNC Asheville with 13 years of tennis under his belt. He will be one of three Brits on the Bulldogs' 2016-17 roster. Edward has been the winner of the U18 Aegon County Cup for the past five years. Colclough won multiple key doubles matches that led to England's promotion to division 2 in the Winter of 2015 and division 3 in the Summer of 2015.
“Edward is the latest in the line of Brits who have always done well here at UNC Asheville. We're excited to see what he can do for us,” said head coach Tom Hand.
Andrew Sinai
Previous School: Drexel University
High School: Freedom
Hometown: Bethlehem, Pa.
Andrew joins the Bulldogs as a transfer student after spending a year at Drexel. He will join three rising sophomores to give Asheville four Bulldogs with a year of collegiate playing experience. Before University, Sinai was the No. 1 singles player at FHS for all four years. He placed third at Pennsylvania states in 2013 and 2014, and was the singles district champion in 2013 and 2014. As a senior, he led the team to the team district title in 2015.
"We're excited to welcome Andrew to Asheville. I'm sure he will be a great asset to our team and a proud member of the Bulldog family,” Hand said.
Colclough and Andrew will join five current Bulldogs to round out roster at seven for the 2016-17 season.
