Rain Postpones Scheduled Wednesday Baseball

Bulldogs-Winthrop Postponed Friday Night, Doubleheader on Saturday

Due to heavy rains in the Asheville area, Friday night's Big South series opener between UNC Asheville and Winthrop has been postponed and will now be part of a doubleheader on Saturday afternoon beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Greenwood Field. 

 

Light rainfall came down throughout the day on Friday before a heavy soaking fell just prior to Friday night's secheduled first pitch. 

 

Saturday's doubleheader is still scheduled to be streamed on Big South Network. Links to the games, as well as live stats and social media, are listed below.
