Rain Postpones Scheduled Wednesday Baseball

Baseball Against ETSU Moved to Wednesday Night

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville baseball team's game against East Tennessee State scheduled for Tuesday night at Greenwood Field has been postponed due to a forecast calling for heavy rain Monday night and into Tuesday.

 

The teams will now tentatively square off on Wednesday in Asheville, with the same 6:00 p.m. start time at Greenwood Field.

 

The Bulldogs are coming off of a weekend series that saw them drop two of three games, while ETSU was swept at home by Mercer over the weekend. This will be the teams' second meeting of the season – the first game was also pushed back a day due to rain.
