QUOTEABLES FROM HEAD COACH BRENDA KIRKPATRICK

On Coastal- "We are looking forward to being back in Kimmel tomorrow after two tough games on the road. The competition doesn't get any easier tomorrow, however as Coastal is a hard working team who has battled in every conference game this season and forced their opponents into 20 turnovers. We will need to limit our turnovers, rebound the ball and play well on the defensive side of the ball.”

On the Pink Game- “Tomorrow is our annual Pink game in which we honor those who have fought a greater battle than what we do on the court every day. We want to raise awareness for breast cancer research and also financial support as well. All monies raised will be split between the Lady's Night Out program of Mission Health and Buncombe County Health and Human Services and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. I would love nothing more than to see Kimmel packed in support of this cause and also to cheer on these incredible young ladies on the basketball court.”
