QUOTABLES

"We are excited to have an opportunity to play among a very talented field of teams in this tournament at Fordham. Our first opponent, Harvard, is one of the toughest teams I have seen play this season. They certainly deserve their mid-major ranking and are playing very well. We will have to play some of our best basketball yet to give ourselves an opportunity. Our team will also be able to experience some of the culture and scenes of one of the most amazing cities in the world and I am certainly grateful for that. We are here first and foremost to play high-level basketball and get better as a team. Our conference play starts next week and I can't think of a better way to get prepared for an extremely tough conference slate than to be challenged as we will be in these two road games." - Brenda Mock Kirkpatrick
