200 Backstroke
The quartet of junior backstrokers will all be returning for finals this evening. Stephanie Smith is poised as the Bulldogs' top seed for the night heats in 4th place with a season best of 2:04.88. Followed closely is teammate Emily Werth in 6th place with 2:05.05. Swimming in the B final is Elizabeth Murray and Ale Sanchez & Emma Nelson will race in the C final.
100 Freestyle
Swimming to a lifetime best of 53.78 and earning a B final swim was sophomore Jessica Woolfe. Also to race in the B final will be freshman Adee Weller, 54.10 in a season best. Other season best times include Hannah Stuart 54.79, Elizabeth Conte 55.73 and Emily Sawyer 55.62.
200 Breaststroke
Sophomore Morgan Rulevich led the charge for the breaststroke squad this a.m. Rulevich is the number 2 seed for the evening with her morning swim of 2: 20.46. In the B final Shannon Kennedy (2:29.40), Allie Snyder (2:30.29) and Carly Emerson (2:31.90) will challenge one another.
200 Butterfly
Setting the tone this morning, Madison Rogan raced to a personal best time of 2:05.66 setting a new school and freshman record. M Rogan, along with freshman teammate Catherine Allen (2:06.33), will battle tonight in the A final field. The B final will be repped with Skylar Rogan (2:09.82) and Emily Werth (2:14.06). And two more Bulldogs in the C final, Madison Bristow and Sydney VandenBerg.
