QUOTABLES
" We raced really well today. The staff is happy with the performances and impressed to see so many season best times this early in the year. We are working hard in the pool and weight room, and the improvements are starting to showing. Closing speed and technique are two areas we will continue building upon as the season progresses, but we are very excited to be swimming so well in October.  Tomorrow will bring more competitive racing and the team is fired up to hit the water."– Head Coach Elizabeth Lykins
