Bulldogs Cruise Past North Greenville, 7-0

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – From top to bottom the UNC Asheville men's team showed consistent effort in a thorough, 7-0 rout of North Greenville University on Tuesday afternoon at the Asheville Racquet Club.
Asheville climbs to 9-3 overall this season, while North Greenville falls to 5-6 overall.
The Bulldogs won all three doubles matches, including Alex Croker and Brett Landau's 8-3 triumph at the top flight. The win improves the duo's record to 7-4 for the 2015 campaign. John Schubel and Thomas Panoulas added their own 8-3 finish, while Josh Swindler and Daniel Kripak (8-1) were victorious at No. 3.
Kripak improved to 7-5 overall in singles play with a 6-3, 6-1 victory at the top flight. Croker improved his team-best singles record to 8-2 overall with a 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 2, while Josh Swindler went to 7-4 this season with a 6-0, 7-5 win on court three. Following a 6-2, 6-0 victory at No. 4, Schubel improved his record to 6-2 in singles play, while Will Goldberg and Reid Dillon rounded on the afternoon with straight-set wins at five and six.
Coach Tom Hand's team will be right back out on the courts Wednesday afternoon when they host Radford in a 2:00 p.m. contest at the Asheville Racquet Club.
