Hunter Bryant Named BCBSNC Athlete of the Week

Senior Hunter Bryant from the baseball team is this week's Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina Student-Athlete of the Week.
Each week the school selects a BCBSNC Athlete of the Week upon their performance from the previous week's action.
Bryant hit three home runs last week for the Bulldogs, including two in one game. He went 7-of-19 (.368) from the plate and drove in seven runs during Asheville's five games played.
Hunter his a three-run homer against Appalachian State last Tuesday to help give the Bulldogs and 11-5 win over the Mountaineers. It was Asheville's first win over the Apps in 11 years. He had two hits and two RBIs plus a double in a Big South Conference win over Charleston Southern.
Hunter added two solo home runs against Coastal Carolina on Saturday.
The Bulldogs are at home on Tuesday against Tennessee Tech starting at 4 p.m.
