Men's Tennis on the Road for Two Matches this Weekend

ROCK HILL, S.C. – The UNC Asheville men's tennis is back in action this weekend with two matches on the road.
Tom Hand's club travels to Big South rival Winthrop today for a 2 p.m. match with the Eagles and on Sunday, the Bulldogs head to Charlotte for a date with the 49ers starting at 1 p.m.
Asheville is 8-1 on the season and 1-0 in league play. The Bulldogs are off to the best start in school history. They'll be tested this weekend.
Winthrop is 9-4 on the season and 2-0 in league action. The 49ers are 9-2 on the year and 1-0 in Conference USA.
The Bulldogs are 36-13 in singles play this season led by Alex Croker's 6-1 record. John Schubel is 5-0 for the Blue & White, while Brett Landau and Thomas Panoulas are 6-2.
Asheville has not played since a 4-2 win at Longwood on March 7.
