Men's Tennis Honored by ITA

The UNC Asheville men's tennis team was honored by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association yesterday for their work in the classroom.
The Bulldogs were named as an ITA All-Academic team for the fourth straight year. The ITA All-Academic Team award goes to a men's tennis team that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above for the academic year.
In addition, three members of the Asheville squad earned ITA Scholar-Athlete status. To be named as an ITA Scholar-Athlete, one must maintain a GPA of 3.50 or above for the academic year.
The three Bulldogs to be named as ITA Scholar-Athletes are Daniel Kripak, Brett Landau and John Schubel.
